Enrollments
Manage how learners are enrolled in courses and learning paths.
The Enrollments page is the master ledger of your organization's learning activity. An "Enrollment" is created the moment a user begins a course. From this page, you can monitor the progress of every single user across every single course, filter by status, and manually intervene if a learner needs assistance or an extension.
To access the global enrollment tracker, navigate to Learning > Enrollments in the Admin Portal sidebar.
1. The Global Enrollments Ledger
By default, this page displays the All tab, showing a chronological list of every enrollment in your workspace.

You can quickly scan the table to see:
- Learner: The employee taking the course.
- Course: The specific training they are enrolled in.
- Status: Current state of the enrollment (Active, Completed, Cancelled).
- Progress: A visual progress bar and exact completion percentage.
- Enrolled: The date the user started the course.
- Deadline: The mandatory completion date (if assigned).
Filtering by Status
If you need to narrow down the list, you can use the sub-tabs at the top of the table to filter by specific statuses:
- Active: Enrollments that are currently in progress.
- Completed: Courses that the learner has successfully finished.
- Cancelled: Enrollments that were aborted, either by the user or an administrator.

Quick Search: Use the search bar at the top of the page to instantly find a specific employee (by name or email) to check all their current course activity at once.
2. Viewing Enrollment Details
If you notice a user is stuck at 5% progress for several weeks, you can investigate further by clicking on their row in the ledger. This opens their specific Enrollment Details page.

The Overview tab provides an expanded view of the data from the ledger, importantly including the Last Visit timestamp. This tells you exactly when the learner last engaged with the course material, helping you determine if they are actively struggling or have simply abandoned the training.
3. Managing and Overriding an Enrollment
Sometimes, manual administrative intervention is required. If you click on the Manage tab, you unlock the ability to override the system's automated tracking.

From this screen, you can update several key fields:
- Status: You can manually push an Active enrollment to Completed (useful if an employee completed the training offline/in person) or Cancelled (if they were enrolled by mistake).
- Deadline: You can add, extend, or remove a mandatory due date for this specific user.
- Grade: If the course requires manual grading, you can input their final score here (e.g., "A", "Pass", "85%").
- Instructor Feedback: Leave a note that will be visible to the learner on their dashboard (e.g., "Great job on the final essay!").
- Internal Note: Leave a private administrative note that only other Admins or Instructors can see (e.g., "Extended deadline by 1 week due to medical leave.").
Always remember to click Save Changes to apply your overrides!
