Free Onboarding Call
Schedule a complimentary 1-on-1 session with a TechClass platform expert during your free trial.
Starting with a new enterprise platform can feel overwhelming, but you don't have to do it alone.
During your 14-day free trial, we highly recommend booking a complimentary 1-on-1 onboarding meeting with a TechClass platform expert. In this 45-minute session, we will walk you through your setup, answer any technical questions, and help you configure your workspace for a successful launch.
Step 1: Locate the Booking Widget
When you log into your Admin Dashboard, you will see a "Book a Free Onboarding Call" card prominently displayed next to your Setup Guide.
Click the Schedule a Call button to open the booking calendar.
Step 2: Choose a Convenient Time
You will be taken to our embedded booking page. From here, you can select a date and time that works best for your schedule.
Timezone Check
The calendar will automatically attempt to detect your local timezone (e.g., Europe/Helsinki). If you need to change it, simply use the globe dropdown menu on the left side of the calendar before selecting your time slot.
Once you select a time slot, fill in your contact details and confirm the booking.
What to expect next:
- Calendar Invitation: You will instantly receive a calendar invite (Google Meet) with the meeting link.
- Preparation: You don't need to prepare anything formal! However, if you have specific goals (like migrating existing users or setting up a complex compliance path), feel free to write those down so we can tackle them together.
- The Call: Your dedicated onboarding specialist will join you on the video call, share their screen, and help you master the TechClass platform.
If you ever need to reschedule, you can do so directly from the calendar invite sent to your email.
