Billing

Manage your organization's subscription, monitor seat usage, purchase add-ons, and track AI credit allocations.

The Billing page is your central hub for managing your organization's TechClass subscription, expanding your feature set with add-ons, and monitoring your usage limits.

To access your subscription details, navigate to Billing in the Admin Portal sidebar.


1. Subscription & Seat Usage

The Subscription tab provides a high-level overview of your current plan, how your billing is managed, and your real-time seat consumption.

  • Plan Details: View your current tier (e.g., Scale) and see whether your account is self-serve or managed directly by an account team.
  • Seat Usage: A progress bar displays exactly how many active users you currently have against your plan's maximum seat allowance (e.g., 11 / 100 seats in use).
  • Enterprise Upgrades: If you are nearing your seat limit or require custom SLAs, volume pricing, and SAML SSO, you can use the Talk to sales link to discuss upgrading to an Enterprise tier.

2. Add-ons

The Add-ons tab allows you to enhance your platform with optional feature bundles tailored to your organization's needs. Add-ons are billed annually and can be bolted onto your existing subscription.

Available add-on packages include:

  • Connect+: Unlocks the Developer API and custom email server integration.
  • Performance+: Enables advanced performance management and evaluation tools.
  • Security+: Adds enterprise-grade security features, including IP Allowlisting and Admin Audit Logs.
  • White-Label+: Provides full platform white-labeling, including a custom domain, custom branding, and GA4/GTM tracking code integration.

Recommendation: We highly encourage using the Book a Demo button before purchasing to ensure the selected add-ons perfectly align with your organization's technical requirements.


3. AI Credits

TechClass uses an AI credit system to power intelligent features across the platform. The AI Credits tab helps you monitor your daily allowance and purchase backup credits if needed.

Daily vs. Purchased Credits

  • Daily Credits: Every plan includes a generous pool of free daily AI credits (e.g., the Scale plan includes 400 free daily credits). These reset every 24 hours and do not roll over.
  • Purchased Credits: If your organization exhausts its free daily limit, the system will seamlessly tap into your Purchased Credits. These credits never expire and remain on your account until used.

Purchasing Top-Ups

If you anticipate heavy AI usage, you can buy one-time credit packs directly from this tab. Larger packs include built-in bonus credits for better value:

  • 10K credits: $100
  • 22K credits: $200 (Includes 10% bonus)
  • 60K credits: $500 (Includes 20% bonus)
  • 130K credits: $1,000 (Includes 30% bonus)

4. Payment Details

The Payment Details tab serves as your gateway to our secure Stripe billing infrastructure.

By clicking the Open Billing Portal button, you will be securely redirected to Stripe, where you can:

  • Add, remove, or update your primary credit card or payment methods.
  • Download PDF invoices and receipts for past charges.
  • Update your official company billing address and tax identification numbers.
