Scheduled Exports
Automate recurring data exports delivered daily, weekly, or monthly — so your team always has fresh data without manual effort.
Scheduled Exports allow administrators to configure automatic data exports that run on a recurring basis and are delivered on a set schedule.
Instead of manually downloading reports, you can set up exports once and receive them automatically — keeping your team, HR systems, or BI tools continuously up to date.
This feature is coming soon. Scheduled Exports will be available in an upcoming release of TechClass.
What to Expect
Once released, Scheduled Exports will let you:
- Choose a report type — Select from the same report categories available in Standard Reports (enrollments, completions, compliance, etc.).
- Set a frequency — Configure exports to run daily, weekly, or monthly.
- Pick a delivery method — Receive exports via email or have them available for download from the Admin Portal.
- Manage active schedules — View, pause, or delete any scheduled export from a central list.
Who Can Access This
Admins with the Analytics permission (or super admins) will be able to create and manage Scheduled Exports once the feature is released.
To manage admin permissions, navigate to Configuration > Admins in the Admin Portal sidebar.
