An introduction to TechClass and how the admin platform is structured.

TechClass is a comprehensive, enterprise-grade Learning Management System (LMS) designed to help you train, manage, and engage your workforce. Whether you are onboarding new employees, certifying partners, or educating customers, TechClass provides the tools you need to do it at scale.
This documentation is written specifically for Tenant Administrators—the people responsible for configuring the platform, managing users, and building educational content.
The Three Pillars of TechClass
To help you navigate the platform, we have organized the administrative dashboard around three core pillars. You will see these reflected in your main sidebar menu:
1. Learning (Content & Delivery)
This is where education happens. The Learning pillar contains all the tools you need to build and distribute knowledge.
- Upload videos and PDFs to your Asset Library.
- Build interactive Courses and chain them into Learning Paths.
- Manage Enrollments, track Compliances, and schedule Live Events.
2. People (Users & Groups)
A learning platform is nothing without its learners. The People pillar is your centralized directory.
- Manage your Users (Employees, Partners, and Customers).
- Organize individuals into Groups for bulk enrollments.
- Upload private or shared User Records (like external certificates or compliance agreements).
- View performance metrics and engagement at a glance.
3. Configuration (System & Security)
The Configuration pillar gives you absolute control over how your tenant operates and looks.
- Customize the Appearance with your brand colors and logos.
- Define custom Account Attributes (like Departments or Seniority levels).
- Manage Access policies, single sign-on (SSO), and integrations.
Tip: Mirroring the UI
You might notice that the table of contents on the left side of this documentation site exactly matches the sidebar in your TechClass Admin Dashboard. If you ever get lost, just look for the matching menu item!
