Registering Your Workspace
How to create and register your TechClass tenant workspace from scratch.
Welcome to TechClass! If you are setting up a brand new organization on our platform, your first step is to create and register your Tenant Workspace.
The registration process is quick, secure, and requires email verification to ensure your organization's data remains safe. Follow the steps below to get started.
Step 1: Create Your Workspace
Navigate to app.techclass.com/create to begin setting up your organization's dedicated environment.
You will need to provide three key pieces of information:
- Organization Name: The official name of your company or institution.
- Workspace Subdomain: This will be the unique web address your learners and admins use to log in (e.g.,
companyabc.techclass.com). The system will check in real-time to ensure your chosen subdomain is available. - Storage Data Region: Select the geographic region where your storage data will be hosted. This is critical for data privacy and compliance (such as GDPR in Europe).
Once you fill out your details and check the authorization box confirming you have the right to create this workspace, the subdomain will show a green checkmark if it is available. Click Continue.
Step 2: Create the Admin Account
Next, you need to create the primary Administrator account for this workspace. This account will have full access to billing, platform configuration, and user management.
Enter your first name, last name, work email address, and a secure password (minimum 8 characters). Read and agree to the Terms of Service, then click Create workspace.
Step 3: Verify Your Email
For security purposes, you must verify your email address before accessing the platform.
Check your email inbox for a message from TechClass.
Time Sensitive
The verification link expires in 24 hours. If you do not click the link within that timeframe, your registration record will be deleted to free up the subdomain, and you will need to start over.
Open the email and click the Confirm my workspace button.
Upon clicking the link, your identity will be verified and your tenant will be officially generated. You will briefly see a "Workspace activated!" success screen before being automatically redirected to the setup wizard.
Step 4: Choose Your Plan
After the redirection, you will be taken to the plan selection screen. All new workspaces start with a 14-day free trial, and no credit card is required upfront.
Select the tier that best fits your organization's needs:
- TechClass Core: The complete LMS for course creation, enrollments, and compliance tracking.
- TechClass Pro: Includes everything in Core, plus access to our premium Training Library.
- TechClass Ultra: The full platform including AI-powered learning tools and the TechClass Mobile App.
Note: You can easily switch your plan at any time during or after your trial.
Step 5: Final Setup
We will ask a quick question about how you heard about us to help improve our outreach. Select an option and click Continue.
You're all set! Your workspace has been successfully generated and is ready to use. Click Go to Dashboard to log in for the first time.
Step 6: Welcome to the Admin Dashboard
Upon logging in, you will land on the Admin Dashboard.
