Organization
Manage your organization's identity, branding, and workspace settings.
The Organization page is where you manage the foundational identity of your TechClass workspace. The details provided here are used to personalize your tenant and ensure our support team understands your business needs.
To access this page, navigate to Configuration → Organization in the Admin Portal sidebar.
The page is divided into two tabs: Information and Settings.
1. Information Tab
The Information tab contains the core details and branding elements of your organization. Keeping this information up to date helps us tailor your TechClass experience.
Logo
Upload your company's primary logo here. This logo may be used in various places across the platform, including email notifications and reports.
- Supported formats: JPG, PNG, GIF, WebP, or SVG.
- Maximum file size: 1 MB.
For advanced theme customization such as primary brand colors and custom domains, visit the Appearance page.
Basic Information
- Organization Name: The official name of your company or institution.
- Type & Industry: Categorize your business (e.g., Corporation, Non-Profit, Education) and your specific industry.
- Country: The primary geographic location of your headquarters.
- Company Size: The total number of employees in your organization.
- Website: Your public-facing corporate website URL.
- Description: A brief summary of your company's mission or services.
Remember to click Save Changes at the bottom of the screen after making any updates.
2. Settings Tab
The Settings tab contains critical administrative controls regarding the lifecycle of your TechClass workspace.
Organization Status
This displays the current standing of your workspace (e.g., Active). If your account is ever suspended due to billing issues or a cancelled subscription, the status will reflect that here.
Delete Organization
If you decide that TechClass is no longer the right fit for your needs, you can initiate the deletion of your organization from this section.
Permanent Action
Organization deletion is a permanent operation and cannot be undone. All associated data — including users, course enrollments, uploaded assets, and help desk tickets — will be permanently removed from our servers.
- During your 14-Day Trial: You can use the Delete Organization button to immediately and permanently delete your workspace yourself.
- After your Trial (Active Subscription): Self-service deletion is disabled to prevent accidental data loss. To delete an active production organization, you must click the contact support link to request a secure deletion protocol.
