Standard Reports give administrators instant access to pre-built data exports for the most common analytics needs — no custom configuration required.
Each report covers a specific area of your organization and can be downloaded on demand. To access these reports, navigate to Analytics > Standard Reports in the Admin Portal sidebar.

1. Users & People
These reports provide a comprehensive overview of your organization's user base and how they are organized into teams.
- User Roster: A full list of all users in your tenant. This includes profile details, custom metadata, current account status, and last login timestamps.
- Group Membership: A detailed breakdown of all group-member associations, showing exactly which users belong to which groups alongside their basic profile details.
2. Learning & Progress
Track how your learners are interacting with courses and learning paths across the platform.
- Course Enrollments: A complete log of all active and past course enrollments, featuring current progress percentages, grades, and learner ratings.
- Course Completions: A targeted report isolating only completed enrollments. It includes final grades, ratings, and any qualitative feedback left by instructors.
- Learning Path Enrollments: A detailed view of learning path records, highlighting overall completion statuses and critical deadline dates to help you track long-term training goals.
3. Compliance & Performance
Monitor organizational compliance health and review managerial evaluations.
- Compliance Status: A granular, per-user breakdown of compliance for every organizational requirement. It clearly flags whether a user's training or certification is currently compliant, expired, or non-compliant.
- Performance Evaluations: An export of manager-submitted evaluations, providing per-dimension scores and qualitative notes for employee performance reviews.

Every report on this page is readily available in two distinct formats to ensure seamless compatibility with your external tools, such as HRIS, ERP, or Business Intelligence platforms:
